In the northeast coast of Sandakan lies the island of Libaran. This small island is ideal for those searching for some quiet time and in need of a relaxing trip. Getting there:
Take a boat from the Sabah Parks jetty located at Jalan Buli Sim Sim Sandakan. The boat departs at 10:00am and returns at 7:00am.
